Summary

 

By now you should have:

  • Gotten excellent feedback on your findings from a range of internal audiences
  • Presented the evaluation findings to the program’s current donors and gotten their feedback
  • Chosen the external audiences to which you want to present the findings and prepared your presentation according to their information needs
  • Used your monitoring and evaluation findings to improve the way the program will be implemented in the future
  • Found ways to use the evaluation findings to gain new supporters and donors for the program or some new program directions
  • Learned the importance of integrating monitoring and evaluation into program planning on an on-going basis
