Overview

  • Clarify why you are doing Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) now.
  • Decide what program you want to focus on.
  • Create the M&E Team, and choose the team leader.
  • Decide on which key stakeholders (other than the M&E team) you want to include, and when you want to hear from them.
  • Identify the primary audiences for the M&E findings, the central evaluation questions, and clarify the priorities of the evaluation.
