  • Formed an M&E Team that consists of people with diverse skills needed for your evaluation
    • Identified key stakeholders and decided how to involve them in your evaluation
  • Decided who the evaluation audiences are, and what their evaluation needs and interests are
  • Have a clear idea of what evaluation questions you want to be able to answer by the end of your M&E process
